=X

Looks like its impossible to update more often, seeing as nothing much is happening.

Afternoon edit

Sleeping like a bat nowadays. I must say I prefer the solitude of the night compared to the buzz of the day. So much nicer to be up way in the night/ early morning and not have to deal with people. Hence the reason I am sleeping later now. The only problem is that I will wake up in the afternoon and waste my mornings away, which I hate. Also feel tired in the afternoons, and energised in the evening. I like seeing the soft red glow of the early mornings, being awake only hours before people actually awakes. The only problem is my body's internal clock will be so, so messed up.

More sports

More basketball on sunday. And soccer. Played both of them for around 5 hours. Reminiscent of sec school days. Fun times.

Welp becoming like a rundown of how I spend my days now

Saturday, September 6, 2008

Yesterday was decidedly a good day!

Went to play some basketball, which meant stepping out of my house for the first time in about a week. Played some basketball (gee, I seem to be repeating myself) with dan and his bro + cousin, th, keith. Nice to play some sports again since before our MST when we took a break from sports for one reason or another. My skills deproved though ._. I guess all of ours did. Kinda obvious when dan and I were under the basket trying to get a shot in, but failed even though we snatched like 5 rebounds. Hung around with them a little longer after that before going home.

And being unable to sleep cause of my limbs. Or rather, the pain (ache?) in them. >.< So ended up sleeping at 5 and waking at 12. Today(yesterday, since its past 12, which would make the first line 2 days ago I guess) is a decent day. Caught 2 movies. LOTR and Battle Royale.

Violent descriptions and movie spoilers below

Battle Royale is interesting. It has a rather twisted (not in a good way!) story and blood and violence and gore. Not that different from other movies aside from the story. Its about this future Japan where the government is pretty inefficient, causing youths to be more delinquent ( if its possible, hehe). So they are pretty recalcitrant of authority, which is seen in the first few scenes where a teacher get stabbed in the tight in school. The government then established this Battle Royale law which turns out to allow them to kidnap a random class and force the people in the class to kill each other until theres only 1 survivor.

So it has a really sick story, but the blood and gore and violence aren't really bloody, gory, or violent, or it could be just the poor quality of youtube. I like the scene with the dead teacher and the exploding neck though. But the ending was stupid.

And I found this is a thread about the most disturbing movie you have seen. And from what I read, this seems like one of the milder ones. So tomorrow will probably be more movies which I am interested in watching curious about ( Yeah, that doesn't make me seem like a psychopath. Hopefully). Unless we end up playing soccer. Then it will be another post about my deteriorating sports skills. Like this post.

Google Chrome

Is that supposed to be one word or two words?

In case you are wondering, Google Chrome is the new web browser launched by (da dadah daa!) Google. It was launched yesterday (today?, well around 10pm EST if anyone wants to convert that time to sg time). Coincidentally, I found out about it only yesterday (technically today). Although it's still in beta, I find it useful. It has many interesting features which I think will improve the standard of web browsers. Best thing is, its open source, so thanks Google =).

Download here

Read the comic

Wiki page

So, here are some of the features I find interesting.

Security-wise, it updates two blacklists of phishing and malware sites and warn users when they try to enter an unsafe site. Sandboxing tabs is another cool one. Basically, each tab is in its own process and what happens in one cannot affect the others. So, if you get say malware in one tab, closing it will terminate the whole thing and prevent it from affecting the other tabs.

I will say the security functions are the greatest impetus to use this. Aside from that, they try to make a cleaner interface and opening a new tab allows you to see which websites you visit most frequently ( it shows bookmarks, popular pages of yours and recently closed tab). Useful, but there are some problems (hopefully for now).

The Speed! Its supposed to be meant for applications, as the 'new' web is not just text. However, I find it runs noticably slower than FF. And there aren't extensions yet, but since this is just the beta...

I can't wait for it to be officially launched ( as in, not a beta). Maybe its just the name of google and the reputation that comes along with it, but I think it will be a better browser than the rest.

And if I sucked at talking about Google Chrome, read the wiki/comic !

TDK;KR

Welp, my movie review!

SPOILERS

TDK obviously refers to Le Dark Knight. Great show, I'd say. I like how dark it was (duh!), especially all the scenes with joker dealing with the mobsters. I will say the pencil scene is the best. It showed off joker's insanity and wit. Also a very original scene (joke?). Only part I disliked was the last part with the people in the ships. I felt that it was too good an outlook of human's nature. Call me cynical, but in real life, it would be more like the old Wild West duels.
3, 2, 1, DRAW, and both ships explode.

"Principally I hate and detest that animal called man; although I heartily love John, Peter, Thomas, and so forth." - Jonathan Swift

KR is the lesser, in fact almost unknown, Kallang Roar, the movie. It was ... different to watch a movie with only 3 people in the cinema. It was a good show, interesting story and decent acting. I just felt the soccer scenes weren't done good enough, but to their credit, it is a difficult thing to show. Still, I have seen worse films than this, so kudos to the director (and crew).

Pics and stuffs

Rasputin

DB2

IMW

Wonders of wonders!

Back to post after so many months, can't say it was because I was too busy, more like my laziness.

Its been a week since my MST ended, and I am slacking at home nowadays. The lecturers have been good to us, I must say. =D Intro to comm. principles (ICP) was surprisingly doable, even for Jordan ( the slackiest of us all? ). And how do I know he's the slackest ( or he could be a closet mugger I guess)? Well, Jordan, being Jordan, is very good at digressing. And lunch on ICPday turned into a highlight reel of THE best moments ( and the worst of ours) of his life. So we didn't get much work done on that afternoon. Except at the cafe. Where we watched apples kill. And why do I keep saying we? Well, Wilson was there too, but I suppose my fingers felt like getting more exercise.

And Fundamentals of Marketing, my only other MST was ok too. A couple of difficult questions, but it went alright. I was more worried about ICP anyways, since FOM seemed more like understanding to me.

So, my proposed holiday activities are these :
I guess I might practice the guitar, work on harder songs, learn some techniques, basically slacking with a guitar. I considered (considering) working, which seems like fun to me, except I don't feel like working, and it isn't fun. Looking into freelance writing actually, but I am not sure Singapore is conducive to freelance writers. I am not sure if I am cut out for it anyway. Maybe I'll get some short stint works if I chance upon any. Not too concerned, its merely a month anyway.

Aside from the MST, other stuffs have happened too.
To Prin, I know that I am mostly at fault and I apologise for that.
Depending on you are, gfj too

Although I am not even who you refer to, since I haven't even written for so long, lol. Meh, maybe I'll change that this holiday, maybe not. I am not even sure if you exists actually. Philosophical o0 ( and I don't the appropriate emote for that, I wonder if I can steal those)

So aside from MSTs, there have been other final projects for this semester.

Design Basics :

There's another 1, but its in the wrong format. Suffice to say, it was excellant. And I am not even sure if that is the final version, its been that long.

Intro to media writing ( I'll upload the pictures MAYBE later).

And Oral comm, my best presentation yet, haha!

I guess I'll end my post with extreme narcissism now.

I am not even sure if I can post this, my internet connection has been so (alas!) dicey the past 2 days. Which is boreding the hell out of me.

OMG

Dead blog >.<

Lol, getting really lazy to post nowadays.

Monday, May 26, 2008

/Gasp

Ok, here to blog again since someone complained.

Well, lots of things happened (will be happening) last week (and this week). Completed FOM, DB, and bought a new guitar. Been busy practicing it. Will need to finish up FOM and ICP this week.

Went to watch the arts festival yesterday. It was nice-ish, except the fireworks were so bright that they hurt my eyes, and I had no idea what the story is about. Based on what I saw, I think its about a girl and her nightmares? Meh, didn't get to see much anyway, but had an enjoyable time anyways.

OMG guess what that is!

19.5

Lets see what happened the past couple of days. Had FOM presentation on friday, I did alright I guess, considering I only prepared on the day itself. Actually have no idea how good I did, should get someone to video me sometime.

Sat was junxian bday. Walked around Katong trying to find Settler's Cafe before realising it was closed >.< Walked around more, then went to play pool.

Sun went to the new mall at Downtown East, EHub or something. Wasn't that special, kinda boring actually. Walked around, went back to White Sands went to the beach, basically walked around between Downtown East and the MRT.

Today - stayed home! Attempted DB, but, had no idea how to do it.

Yeah, I am lazy to blog too much now.

Wednesday, May 14, 2008

Poly life.

Now in greater details! Nothing much has happened, maybe because I am too swamped by projects nowadays.

Sun - don't remember. Think I stayed at home.

Mon -

Tues -

Today - Presentation today on corporate social responsibility. Didn't think we did so well >.<

Saturday, May 10, 2008

10.5

Went out today to Clarke Quay. Walked around before heading to Esplanade. Saw something interesting there. Dragon boat tug-of-war! Whee. Thought it was just a regular dragon boat race at first. Then I realised that they were not racing but trying to outpull each other. Aha, how interesting. Ingenious how they managed a tug of war with boats. And I got the name from Channel 5 news. Pity we didn't stay longer. The water looked really nice at night in the news. Nice day today.

CYA and CIP

Sat - Went to airport early in the morning for the CYA interview. Was almost late though, cause I stupidly set the alarm for pm instead of am. Had to rush there, waited for a while, then got interviewed by another girl. Bleh. Horrible interview. Stupid me, giving run-of-the-mill answers, I seriously doubt that I can get in now. And the interview ended so abruptly. I thought there would have been more questions, but it was over in like 3 questions.

Went back home to slack, then returned to airport for CD and FOM projects. Lingered at BK for about 3~ hours. After completing the projects, walked around T3. Went out and had dinner before going home.

Sun - CIP! Its difficult to get hyped about this at 6.30am in the morning though. Took the train, where I couldn't even sleep well to Sengkang, met up with jordan, han fei and tammy. No coffee shops were open though, only coffee I could find were the bottled ones in 7-11 >.<

Took bus, alighted at the wrong stop, had to walk further down the road to IMH, where we walked the perimeter of it instead of cutting through the buildings. CIP was okay. They had lots of other volunteers, so I ended up doing the miscellaneous and minor stuff like passing out drinks. Spent most of the time slacking around the fat analysis area though. Stayed till 2ish, even though we were supposed to stay till 4. On the plus side, we all got 7 hours and an A grade now. They also seemed to want us to return to help out with another event, a concert or something?

Went back to Pasir Ris with jordan and han fei instead of shopping or whatever the rest of the class did. Met up, had dinner, went home.

And I hate this weekend, so tiring, having to meet up to do school things. Feels like a 14 day week to me... =.=

Its emo day today

As the title said, I am pretty emo today. Have no idea why, just hated the thought of school today. But me being me, and sp being the strict disciplinary institution that they are I had to drag myself to school. Today much to talk about, didn't feel like studying today, especially with the crappy lessons of fridays. Actually I have a good idea of why I am so emoish. Cause I kept thinking yesterday was the weekend, see, and 1 day of holiday isn't enough for me. Rightly so, since I'll be spending this weekend doing school-related stuff. BLEH.

Yesterday was fine though, went out with prin and st to find job. Then played lan. Started getting depressed at night.

Meh, still have CYA interview tomorrow, followed by projects. Should I slack on sunday or do my ITB ppt? Hm. And I am listening incessantly to my favourite song again. Which may be contributing to me emoness.

I want to sleep in tomorrow, but have to wake up early just to get interviewed. T_T

And I just remembered what school-related activity I have on sunday. CIP! Yay, hope I'll have cheered up by then.

Thursday, May 1, 2008

Today

Actually lazy to blog, but scared someone will complain, haha, nvm, good practice for my career.

Things that happened to me - finished my first project, got selected for second CYA interview.

I want to watch An Oak Tree, it sounds so interesting. $28, wed thurs sat and sun. Its based on improvisation, the performers only know the script an hour before the play. Interesting ya?

Tuesday, April 29, 2008

But how long is long?

Ahem, here to update, lol. Lets see, I suppose I'll start with saturday.

Sat - What did I do on sat? Lemme think... My mind is totally blank now. I suppose I could have gone out. I may or may not have stepped out or not the door and went out with friends. I think. Gah, curse my short term memory. Oh wait, its coming back to me now. I remember playing lan at night with prin. Hm, I might have gone to suntec in the afternoon, or was that on sunday? Lets just say it was on sat. Oo, stan by eminem is on the radio now. Like that song, lol. Go randomness. And walked for like 5 hours-ish. And ate subway. Whee. Actually it wasn't too good, way too spicy, thanks to my stupid choices of toppings ( or whatever you call additional stuffs on subs). Gee, who knew Jalapeno pepper was actually green chili? Stupid archie, making me think its something exotic...

Sun - I think I studied. Pretty boring day anyways. The length of saturday should make up for sunday. That, or I ran out of things to pad my post with.

Mon - New schoolday! Took train with th today, we must be jinxed. Took to pasir ris, mucho seats in the train, then we had to get off and wait for another train! Exact same thing that happened last week! What happened in school? I guess nothing much, IMW was fun. Went to the CCA showcase at FC5 - Moberly during the break and after school. Our school has so many CCAs, haha, so difficult to decide what to join. Got things like capeira, which I don't know how to spell but please don't suan me cause it is a Brazilians word, canoeing, um, I don't know what else, but take my word that there are lots of CCAs.

Tues - Signed up for CCA. Decided to take OOPS (newletter), CYA (Changi Youth Ambassador), Food connoiseur (which I have no idea how to spell too, okay I'll cheat and use the spellcheck, connoisseur, yes me, the gourmet eater), Skate club and community services or something. Tues was slack day of course, so after signing up for CCA, we went to Moberly to eat and play. Cafe@Moberly nanchos + melted cheese was nice, the Xbox was fun-ish (no Halo!, bleh), then went home with st.

Ate Pizza Hut, I had the curry baked rice, she the pasta thing. It was good, just the right level of spicyness IMO. I wonder if I can get CCA points if I write this kind of reviews for Food Connoissuer club, henceforth know as FCC since I keep forgetting how to spell it. Went library, walked around, went home.

And I got lots of books to read, whee. But how will I finish my projects at this rate? At least I finished the timeline, now to complete the tougher 2 page biography of a not-named-artist-in-case-anyone-steal-my-idea. Ahem, I reckon I am a genius on the Arts movement now. Except for the more famous ones like Impressionist and romance movement which even I have heard. At least I have heard of surrealism, not a total art dummy.

And thats all for this post, I hope you are satisfied, it took me 20minutues, the longest I have taken to write a blog. I expect an even longer post from you next time.

Friday, April 25, 2008

ZOMG

MOS WAS SO MUCH FUN! Everyone getting drunk and all and fistfights everywhere! HAVOC!

Okay, I kid, I kid, I didn't go at all, even though most of my class went. Went home with st after that, then walked around, did some stuff, etc, pretty boring day actually.

Thursday, April 24, 2008

Not just dadaism!

But art nouveau, cubism, expressionism, surrealism, modern and post modernism. Haha, but so scary la, all my classmates like know so much about all these >.<

$3000!

Thats how much my laptop is worth now! Hahaha! I also seem to be posting alot nowadays. Gee, I wonder why. Actually, all I have are projects now.

Today is Thursday. With ITB, ICP and DB + another project.

Um, I was going to post something , but I lost my train of thoughts and am not even sure what adjective I was going to use. Meh, time to get started on some projects, I am already losing count of how many I have.

And can someone explain Dadaism to me please? Why is everyone like so fascinated by that?

Wednesday, April 23, 2008

42

And I just found something interesting.

42

Lol, so cheam

Quiz time, who knows what are aliquot sequence, Slyvester's sequence, tortient function, Catalan number, Bernoulli number, pronic, gonal and meandric number and wtf the equation is?

In other news, I got too much time on my hands. Or is it in? In my hands? Hm.

Wed!

Slack day! Okay, I am slacking from Monday to Wednesday anyway. I'll just post my schedule to let you guys know how much I can slack. Monday is IMW and 2 lectures (sleep!), ICP and FOM. Tuesday IMW and FOM. Wedbestday is CD + 3 hours slack + IT(a)B. Thurs, friday is more tiring though. Actually just friday. Thurs is long hours. ITB + ICP + DB.

Moving on, yesterday's IMW was great. One of the myriad things I learnt is write to express, not impress. Gee, that sounds totally like me lah! (in prin/tricia's voice) To elucidate, I extrapolated that I should extirpate all superfluous or bombastic words. Looks like I am off to a fantastic start. That sounds like my essay where ms liew told me not to be like a peacock...

Moving along... Well, actually thats all I have to talk about. Suppose I'll just talk a little about today then. Lessons, then break, watched a chinese movie which the name eludes me now, lesson, went home. Thanks to han fei anyways, for his books!

Monday, April 21, 2008

1st day of school!

First day today! And I seem to have forgotten some people's name over the weekend, not say who though ( or maybe I just can't?). Good day today, I managed to stay awake during FOM and ICP. Obviously I am wide awake during IMW. As though that will ever change. Nothing much happened today I guess... I doubt anything much will happen tomorrow either. Meh, might as well blog in advance.

Tues - Nothing happened today, had IMW and FOM, then went home.

Mon - See tues, except with an additional ICP.

Sun - Went to library to /gasp study! Actually I had nothing much to study about. So I tried reading chapter 2 of Design Basics, except I had no interest in that. Seriously, that book is boring. Art nouveau, modernism, post-modernism, surrealism etc, can't even make sense of them. Ended up researching for OC project. And reading.

Sat - Stayed at home, then picked her up before heading to MP Fish and co. Watched the cool um things the staff there did for birthday people. Yes, it was cool, not sarcastic, except that it was more suited for a... younger audience. Went to the beach after that. Played with fire, the cake, sparklers in no particular order. Walked around, tried to play bowling, then went back after that.

Fri - Have I blogged about Fri? Don't remember anything about that day anyway. Ah well, woe is me with my short term memory.

Friday, April 18, 2008

Projects!

And more projects!

Thursday, April 17, 2008

17.4

Woo, <3 DMC! We get our own studio with pretty much everything! Macs, nice things, comfortable chairs, those sets to produce shows, tele-prompter, recording booth, haha, pretty much everything you need to produce a TV show/ radio broadcast. Plus the studio so nicely painted, furnished, warm-ish. And its only for DMC students! Hahahaha, too bad to the rest of the school, we like so elitish.

Had design basics today, so we'll be learning about photoshop + excel, word,pp in ITB. Been going out after school the past 3 days, haha, elated!

Tuesday, April 15, 2008

Slack day!

3 hrs of lesson then went home. /cheer . Plus 2 hrs of IMW, which is becoming my favourite module. Haha. After that went to Orchard to eat with classmates. Supposed to go to Holland V, but no one really knew the way.

Monday, April 14, 2008

1st day

Of school. Tiring first day, hopefully tomorrow won't that project. 10am - 7pm + project on the first day. Meh. Like my new class, remember more people's name now. I figured I am up to about half the class. Kinda intimidating though, when I mention entice and no one blinks. =.= But still nice to be in a class with pretty much the same mindset, haha. Maybe I'll hate them closer to exams.

Sunday, April 13, 2008

Poke

Hey there delilah

Yob, still a nice song, haha.

Still remember listening to this song just before starting work, ah what great memories. Granted, 4 months wasn't too long ago, but still...

"A thousand miles seems pretty far
But they got planes and trains and cars
I'd walk to you if I had no other way

Our friends would all make fun of us
But we'll just laugh along cause we know
That none of them have felt this way

Delilah (OOPS!) I can promise you
That by the time we get through
The world will never ever be the same
And you're to blame"

Haha, so nostalgic today, started thinking of things that have happened. Hm, I wonder why...

60

Blogging cause I said I would.

Thursday was my fourth day of FOP. Had to reach serangoon by 7 for flag day. Woke up at 5.30, really reminded me of going to work. Hahaha, nothing much happened that day.

Went out on Friday, ate at Jack's Place. Nice, cheap food there for students. Then walked home again, haha.

Saturday played some lan, then played basketball.

Went to library today, then walked around Bedok.

Wednesday, April 9, 2008

TIRED!

3rd day of FOP. Long day today. Whole class had breakfast at Mac today, except for me. Haha, I so antisocial. Then went to have a musical session, Pulse beat or something like that. Fun, haha. I can see the satisfaction of joining band now. Stuck to the drums most of the day, then had to give a short performance.

After that lunch at KFC, then an amazing-race-ish game. Run around looking for stations, perform tasks, etc. Had some usual tasks, cross-dressing, untangling hands, folding a mat.

Went back for some more activities, prize presentation, before collecting Flag Day tins. Posted to serangoon, at least its kinda close.

Dinner! And a unique lucky draw. Well, had to say that the whole event was well planned, unlike BV standards. Haha

Tuesday, April 8, 2008

SP orientation

First day - SPICE training, learnt to use the laptop, met some people.

Second day - Listened to talks and met more people.

Tomorrow - Long day =.=

BBQ part 2

Recounting the BBQ as someone wanted me to.

The details are right here! => Details

Went to do tertiary ez-link card with th way, way (as in in the morning)before the BBQ. Then played some pool before picking up st.

Reached there, thought their movie would be almost over, enabling us to get to the best part (FOOD!), but apparently they waited for us >.< So watched the movie about a wig with them. Which was really, really lame. As in, relying on cheap scares all the way. The parts that weren't cheap scares were mostly nostalgic, heart-wrenching memories belonging to other genres of films, and ... nothing else. So yeah, 80% memories, 10% scares, 10% sobbing at the end. Oh right, and 100% disjointed scenes and 3 (I think, the story was pretty confusing) characters who looked exactly the same.

After that, went to set up the BBQ. Set up the fire, waited for food, threw charcoal in, waited, threw more, waited, threw more, waited, had a campfire, waited, bonfire, waited, wild fire. Then, dan and I were getting sort of "hungry", so we decided to cook some hotdogs. Except the campfire was scorching hot and heated up our face and hand pretty quickly (faster than the time it took to cook hotdogs). Thus, I deviced a glove, which worked well, until it caught on fire. Well, it was pretty cool to see embers on the glove while ON MY HAND anyway.

Small wire grill came, dan wanted a new tattoo, the rest arrived, we decided to get some ice and sambal chili. Walked to Siglap centre, got the items, went back, food ready, blah blah, went home.

BBQ

Went to BBQ yesterday.

28.3

Zzz...Someone got bored again, so I had to blog more! Haha, go library borrow books read ba, I so lazy to type.

Okay, not much happened these few days.

26 - Went to gym with prin.
27 - Played soccer.
28(today) - Went to gym again.

Haha, said nothing to blog le. Basically, all I have been leading is a very healthy life!

Tuesday, March 25, 2008

Tired...

Went out today. Couldn't decide where to go, so we kind of wandered around Bedok. Finally decided on Marine Parade. Sukie-san kind of sad today, so treated her to huge meal. Ate at Sakae, 30+ dollars, haha, but very full.

Walked around beach for a while, then went on a 8 km hike back home. Haha, followed the park connectors from East Coast Park all the way to Bedok Town Park, then went to Chai Chee, interchange and back home. Finally! Tiring walk, but lots of fun! ^.^

Monday, March 17, 2008

Poke

Going to blog as someone complained of not having anything to read (get a book!). Hm, been more than a week since I last blogged, but also not much to write about. Haha, don't remember much, except that I went out.

And I finally completed sp application! Such a needless ordeal. -.- Now just need to complete buying of laptop and scholar program I guess. I am not even sure. This shows how many things they pile on us. -.-

Ok I am done. Lol, slowly read this hor, longer than my usual 2 lines already.

Been trying to enroll into poly these few days, and having problems with paying through CPF. In conclusion, my IC is a forgery!

Moving on, went out these few days.

50th post

Went out the day before, yesterday, today and maybe tomorrow.

And can anyone explain all those financial forms? So freaking confusing. I am not an accountant, don't make me read numbers! Meh, got to slog through them tomorrow.

28.2

Went out today, watched the Deathnote spinoff, which was a waste of money imo. Then walked all around city hall that area before heading home. Thanks so much for today!

Friday, February 22, 2008

22.2

Went out today again. Library before heading home. I am getting better at summarising my outings.

Also watched the Simpsons again. I am watching more and more movies now for some reason. Juno, the Simpsons, Meet the Spartans, Step up 2, haha all comedies.

Wednesday, February 20, 2008

20.2

Just watched Juno, great film, very touching, haha, I would recommend it to anyone.

Went out in the evening with kh + st, ate dinner, then hanged out and just talked.

Tuesday, February 19, 2008

Shir's bday

Happy birthday shirlee! Oh wait, its already Wednesday, ah well. =P

Went out beforehand, spent some time before heading to Tampines. Met tricia on the way there. While waiting for someone, spent our time playing Truth or Dare and Charades. Then ate cake.

And thanks for the wonderful letter. And the cake (sorry, that is).

Saturday, February 16, 2008

3 words and counting...

Homework, homework, homework galore! So many homework these days. Heh, and shirlee/kh think poly/jc life is tough? Nonsense I say, holiday life is the toughest! But...but you aren't even schooling, you say. Well sure, but thanks to my wonderful friends who are determined to improve my english, I now have 2 english assignments! The first, which I am completing now, involves an essay of 500 words. =) Yes, that was meant to be in a sarcastic AND sardonic tone. Hehe.

And that was 467 characters!

Okay, fine 80 words.

Well, + 7 more.

+2 more now.

+2 more again.

And again. >.<

Hm, I guess we can keep adding 2 words ad infinitum. Thus, I have actually written an infinite number of words. Except I didn't have time to write them all. Darn. Well, at least I tried. So you have to write an infinite number of words + 1 now. HAH!

Well, that was an additional 72 words. My warped logic and mindless ramblings aside, I have nothing else to that about. Okay, let me talk about the past week then.

Friday! - went to watch Kungfu Dunk. Nice show, funny, um, well it was enjoyable all in all.

Thursday - stayed home.

Wednesday - went out, bought stuff, went to beach, enjoyed the view, went home.

Tuesday - stayed home.

Monday - bought shoes, played pool.

Sunday - stayed home.

Saturday - stayed home.

Hm, that was fast. And short. >.<

1313 characters!

Oh right, I missed today. Went out, played pool terribly. >.<

Ah well, I will contiune later. Maybe.

CNY

Happy belated CNY to all!

Thought of posting this earlier, but I had nothing to post. Not that I do now, but I figured I should wish this before next year's.

Went visiting the past days, finished my last day of work. Well, that's all that happened to me. Hehe

Can't wait for the 13 and 15...

5.2

What to blog, hm...

Today was a great day, went to work before slacking at home. Did the same yesterday too, and the day before, and - well, you get the idea of my life now.

Last day of work tomorrow! Thursday is not counted cause I get to eat and slack. Quick, help me find a coffeehouse. I want to continue being a barista, lol.

3.2

Went out yesterday with big group, to watch the mist. Special effects weren't too bad, though it wasn't that nice (or gruesome). Blah blah blah... lets talk about today, haha.

Schedule just changed today >.<, now I have to work on cny -.-, at least its a midnight, good luck to the morning people, I hope I won't finish all the food, hehe.

1 week? 2 weeks? Haiz... no mood blog today la, haha.

New post! Yay

Just (okay, days ago) got back my results. Not totally happy, but I am satisfied. As long as I can get into a mass-comm related course, I will be satisfied. Especially for my english, hehe. Expected better from humanities and bio though, meh.

Second part!

Just woke up from my slumber, lol. Still feel lethargic though. >.< And I have no mood to write anything else...

I remember not sleeping very well though. Meh. Kept waking up and having weird thoughts.

WTF?!

Ahahah, too much happened in the last 24 hours for me to absorb. Seriously, I have feelings of shock, surprise, consternation, euphoria and tiredness.

Might blog more when I have slept more than 30mins in 24 hours. Lets just say that it has been an unusual day for me (well, technically, 2 days).

Terminal 3 Opening!

= no work for us! Or at least, no crowd! So less work! More slack! For those who didn't go or knowto the new terminal, I have no idea what you have missed either. Cause I was stuck behind the shop and all. At least it wasn't busy. I hope everyone stays in Terminal 3 tomorrow too.

Ya, go admire T3. Forget T2 with the drab shops and design. Usher in the new terminal and show your support for it. Yakun has coffee too, who needs Gloria Jeans. Bye!

Please, please let it be as unbusy as today tomorrrow.

1 week

I think. Since I started work. Today was good-bad-ish. Slam at 2pm, right when we were packing milk and food. >.< But we broke sales record with 700+. Lol, not that I care too much about that. I rather not have any sales, thank you. Haha, so bad of me.

Went to gym after work. And I realised that going to gym after work while not eating is a bad idea. Who would have thought? My leg started aching 3 minutes into the run. Ate with kh and prin. Ate a lot, lol. I am hungry...

Love-hate

Hate work, don't hate work. Hate work, don't hate work. Hate work, don't hate work. Hate work, don't hate work...

Went to marine parade today again to get a life. Met shir, sc, jtse, ate LJS, went home. And I overslept (again!) on the bus. Second time this week, at least it was only a stop.

Had cravings for chocolates, bought some, ate all. I seem to crave food a lot nowadays.

Mood Swings

Haha, my mood is so weird nowadays. I can feel apprehensive about working 1 day, and enthusiastic the next.

Well, at least it has been fun most of the time. Thanks mostly to Mike and the other staffs. At least he has been pretty good to me. Putting me in the morning for the whole of next week cause I am too slow to do closing, lol. That's good, cause I know I suck at this job, and was totally sapped of energy after doing closing yesterday.

And I still love 'Hey There Delilah', makes me calm down and happier after hearing it.

Work work work

I hate working at retail!

Argh! The night before my second day of work, I was super nervous that I would forget everything. Then after work, I was am extremely disgruntled by work! I absolutely, totally am unable to stand working at Gloria. And when I told prin that I hate everything, he agreed with me. Ahaha, I have no idea why, but I really do. Its not my colleagues, or the customers, most of them are nice, but I still can't stand it.

Thanks to prin, shir (these 2 especially), jtse and sc for listening to my complaints. Hahaha, I like how Prin feels the same way as me.

Today, went out with the same people (minus prin) to fetch st. And I am exhausted after work. Nodded off many times, while waiting for them at the station, waiting for st, on the bus... Today wasn't so bad, felt that work was easier. Less slam, and I learnt (but not mastered) everything, so I can at least do more stuffs. But I am still tired of working, haha. I decided to wait till my midnight shift before deciding if I am quitting, which will be on sat I think.

Thanks to everyone for listening to me again, but mostly st, since I didn't say much with shir etc. Thanks to kh too.

And I love the songs 'Hey there Delilah' by Plain White T and 'teardrops on my guitar' by dunno who. Haha, I want Delilah especially for my hp.
